Type L(R) pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps, which are also called light duty slurry pump. They are suitable for delivering low abrasive low density slurry for metallurgical, mining, coal and building material departments. Type L(R) pumps operate in high speed with small volumes and light weight to save floor area. It is mainly used to transport the slurry which contains fine particle size and weight concentration not more than 30%. The liner and impeller of this pump can be changeable ,eight with anti-abrasive metal or rubber material.

Vacuum cleaner furnace is designed based on the high polymer features:
Will be melt while the temperature is about 300℃
Will be cracked haggard with isolated air while the temperature is above 300℃
Will be oxidized in a certain degree vacuum with a small amount of air while the temperature is above 400℃
First — Heat the filter /mold (with polymer stuck ) at the temperature of 300℃ based on the needs of process, the most polymer will flow down towards the collector on the bottom of Vacuum cleaner furnace after melt
Second — Keep raising the temperature at 400-500 and turn on the vacuum pump with less fresh air at the same time. The rest polymer will be perfectly oxygenated to form Carbon dioxide. The Carbon dioxide will be sucked by water ring type vacuum pump and go out of the Vacuum cleaner furnace together with water.
Stainless steel electrical heating elements heat directly inside the Vacuum cleaner furnace, with High temperature seal ring — no need protection of water cooling.
