Simple and reliable structure: 200WN-500WN and 600WNQ-1000WNQ type dredge pump with a single pump casing or double pump casing, single stage single suction cantilever horizontal structure. According to the connection type with the gear box, there are two kinds of typical structure, one is with independent support, the other is combined with gear box. The lubrication of pump with support is grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication. The double casing design can make the pump body safe even when the liner is worn out. If the engine is regularly maintain its 3000 to 4000 mile mono-grade oil change service, the engine will most likely endure for behond 100,000 miles of operation. The knock sensor will detect the frequency and report with a knock sensor code. Replacement of the iat sensor may be necessary if all other system check o.K. . The sensors must be monitor for performance with a live data scan. Not all the time a fail engine will report with trouble code some time the sensor it self will fail and cause a trouble code. It’s is alway best to know and have a complete understand of the EPA OBD LAWS and SYSTEMS. Once understandin can be gain, then it will become easy and quick to fix OBD DTC TROUBLESHOOTING AND PROBLEMS.
