Simple and reliable structure: 200WN-500WN and 600WNQ-1000WNQ type dredge pump with a single pump casing or double pump casing, single stage single suction cantilever horizontal structure. According to the connection type with the gear box, there are two kinds of typical structure, one is with independent support, the other is combined with gear box. The lubrication of pump with support is grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication. The double casing design can make the pump body safe even when the liner is worn out. Easy to disassemble and maintenance: WN type dredging pump can be disassembled from front. This make the disassemble and maintenance easier.

This is a video animation explains about the working of direction control valve and hydraulic ram or hydraulic cylinder with the help of a simple circuit, which is almost in a schematic representation.
In this animation we have added a three position four port valve which is connected to a hydraulic ram. The three position are explained clearly in this video and its impact on the hydraulic ram, as each of this positions get aligned with the hydraulic ram galleried ( head side and rod side).
Work done by each position of valve explained:
First position of the valve: this supplies oil from the hydraulic pump to the head side of the hydraulic ram and as the pressure increases, the oil from the rod side returns to the reservoir or hydraulic tank through the return line, ie. In this case, the hydraulic ram moves from head side to rod side.
Second position: this is the natural line. In this case the flow from the hydraulic pump is not allowed to pass to the hydraulic ram and is been diverted to the return line. Here this has no impact on the hydraulic ram.
Third position: at this position, the flow from the hydraulic pump is directed to the rod side of the hydraulic ram and as the pressure develops there, the oil from the head side is rooted to the hydraulic tank, ie. In this case hydraulic ram moves from rod side to head side.
Head side: this is the section of the hydraulic ram above the piston head. When the piston is at the centre of the hydraulic ram this section will have the maximum fluid due to more in area.
Rod side: this is the section of the hydraulic ram above below the piston where the piston rod is coming. When the piston is at the centre of the hydraulic ram this section will have the lesser area compared to the head side due to the presence of piston rod.
