Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet-passage. The wet-parts are made of Ni_hard and high chromium abrasion-resistance alloys. The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°. This type of pump possesses the advantages of easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion-resistance.

In the Northern countries up to 80% of energy consumed in the building goes on heating and hot water. The Heating And Air Conditioning System PolarSol is designed to operate in cold climates in dual/symmetric modes covering up to 100% of demand for hot water, heating and air-conditioning all year round from renewable sources and waste heat recovery.
The PolarSol system consists of seven innovative, easy to install components that allow it to operate at the highest level of efficiency and safety and in the most effective cost saving and energy saving modes.

The PolarSol system is environmentally friendly and economically feasible. The system allows for a simultaneous use of solar thermal energy, heat energy from the air and ground, as well as effective utilisation and recovery of heat from waste waters. The system is capable to recover heat losses from any major heat source in the building, thereby closing up the heat circulation cycle. This ensures extreme energy efficiency, energy savings and fast payback time for the client. For example: the annual electricity consumption for heating an average size house in Finland of 100 m2 constitutes about 15,000 — 20,000 Kw. With the cost of 0.10 Euros/$0.14 cent per 1 kWh of electricity the system’s payback time is about 6 years. The average price of the Polarsol system is about 10,000 Euros/$14,000 USD. Some of the PolarSol system components (i.e. the heat pump and system controls) require limited amounts of electricity to operate, which constitutes approximately one fifth of the total cost of heating by electricity.
The PolarSol system design incorporates innovative flue gas and ventilation heat recovery recuperators. The recuperators can recover heat from the air circulation in the house as well as from wood burning stoves, fire places, saunas, hot tubs etc.
PolarSol innovative symbiotic type collectors can receive thermal energy from the sun and air, thanks to the patented ultrathin stainless steel heat absorbers and technical solutions which not only allow to absorb solar thermal energy, but also work as the air source heat pump on cloudy days or in the winter time. In the summer, apart from heating up water the system functions as a high efficiency air conditioning system.
The system’s Heat Storage Water Tank of 6 m3 (expandable to 12,18 m3. ) is buried in the ground or installed in the basement. It plays not only a role of energy storage from heat sources (collectors and heat recovery recuperators), but also heats up adjacent grounds throughout the year. Therefore, the heat storage tank is also able to operate as the heat pump well for heat recovery from the ground.
PolarSol Multifunctional Solar Boiler has no analogues in the world. It is the only boiler on the market today that allows linking of up to ten circulation circuit loops, heat exchangers (unclear).
PolarSol Waste Water Heat Recovery Recuperator allows for the collection of heat from the heated waste water in the sewage system and recovers almost all of the heat collected by other hot water heating system components.
PolarSol Flue Gas Heat and Ventilation Heat Recovery Recuperator allows to recover heat discharged from the furnace or flue gases. Both types of heat recuperators allow to minimize the heat loss from a house and further optimize cost effectiveness of heating, specifically the cost operating the heat pumps.
PolarSol system uses reliable and inexpensive compact heat pumps of 2.7- 7,5 — 15 – 25 kW of heat capacity, depending on size of the building. The system can operate using one, two or more heat pumps on the cascade principle, depending on the needs and climate conditions (work in standby mode), which makes the system an extremely robust and wear resistant.
All PolarSol system control components operate based on forecast and analysis of the data from its own system sensors.
