Introduction

Type AH, HH, M pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for handling abrasive or corrosive slurry in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc.

AH(R), HH are also called heavy duty slurry pumps, are used to transport the strong abrasive  high density or low density  high head slurry. Under the allowable pressure, the pumps of this type also can be installed in multistage series. HH type pump is mainly used for transport low density high head or high density low abrasive high head slurry.

M(R) is a kind of middle duty slurry pump, is used to transport the fine particle size and middle density slurry.

The liner and impeller of  AH(R) and M(R) model can be changeable and material can be either anti-abrasive metal or rubber, but material of liner and impeller of HH model only can be metal version. Rubber material wet parts are mainly used for transport the slurry which contains fine, non-sharp particle size.

The shaft seals for type AH(R), M(R) and HH pumps can be adoptable of gland seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. The discharge  can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

Construction

The M type slurry pumps have pump bodies that consist of replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or wear-resistant rubber liners, and impellers can also apply wear-resistant metal material or wear-resistant rubber material. The HH type slurry pumps only apply wear-resistant metal material as their pump bodies and impellers.

    Xinhai Desorption Electrowinning System is composed of Carbon -storage Tank, Desorption Column, Filter, Desorption Solution Tank, Electric Heater, Air Compressor, Magnetic Drive Pump, Electrolytic Cell, Rectifier Cabinet, Electronic Control Cabinet.
    CTC100-Carbon-storage Tank (http://www.xinhaimining.com/en/product_5_14.html?youtube-visits-xuxg) consist of cover, overflow weir, cell body and carbon removal pipe. Carbon slurry enter from the upper feeding pipe, gold-loaded carbon enter into desorption column from the lower discharging pipe, and solution flow from the upper overflow weir through filter screen.
    The structure of JXZ8042 Desorption Column is a cylinder with double-layer, the inner cylinder diameter of 800mm, the height of 4200mm, and the inner wall made of advanced anticorrosive material. The outer wall is non-movable sleeve mad of carbon structure steel. The material between the inner wall and outer wall is heat-preservation material.
    GLQ1500 Filter (http://www.xinhaimining.com/en/product_10_37.html?youtube-visits-xuxg) is of double-layer structure with a filtering core interface between two flanges on the upside. The filter has two interfaces, applying the working pattern of upside inlet and downside outlet. The filter is equipment with non-movable heat-preservation sleeve made of carbon steel and there is heat-preservation material between sleeve and cylinder body.
    PYC1517 Desorption Solution Tank is of a cylinder type structure with an angel-type connection method. The sealing gasket is adopted for electric heating tube, which is pressed tightly by press cap and is convenient for use. The agitation device is set on upside of desorption solution tank with the agitating power of 3KW. There is a non-removable sleeve outside desorption solution tank.
    DrQ60 Electric Heater is of cylinder type structure. The sealing gasket can be applied for electrical heated tube to achieve inside and outside sealing. Both inside and outside should be pressed by press cap tightly while the outside press cap can be pressed conveniently. The electric heater is equipped with dismantle sleeve. There is a heat preservation material between dismantle sleeve and cylinder body.
    V-0.67/7 Air Compressor consist of device body, crank link mechanism, air valve, exhaust sir system, air automatic adjustment system, drive parts, air collector, intake noise reduction filter and safety system. It can be adjusted automat.
    CQ40-32-160G Magnetic Drive Pump connect with electric motor directly and form a sealed body. Output shaft of motor connect with external magnetic cylinder. An impeller is installed at once end of inner magnetic cylinder and running synchronously with the external magnetic cylinder. Under the impact of the centrifugal force, medium can be able to cycle.
    Dj1615 Electrolytic Cell consists of static part, movable part, cathode and anode, etc. The static part and movable part are equipped with non-removable heat-preservation sleeve mad of carbon structure steel, and the material between the heat-preservation sleeve and inner wall is heat-preservation material.
    GDF-1000/6 Rectifier Cabinet used for providing desorption tank with direct-current electricity. It is designed with strengthened structure with the permitted input voltage of 380V±10%, max. DC output of 1000A, and the voltage of 6V under the max output current. The rectification cabinet’s silicon controlled part can undergo voltage of 600V and rated current of 1500A. Therefore, it has a certain ability of anti-overload.
    XH-1000/6 Electronic Control Cabinet (http://www.xinhaimining.com/en/products_15.html?youtube-visits-xuxg) used for controlling the complete set of desorption and electro-winning system. The electric cabinet is designed with strengthening structure. With the permitted input voltage of 325-435V, the main circuit tested with 2500V/min press resistant test and insulting strength of 1000MΩ.
