Introduction
Type AH, HH, M pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for handling abrasive or corrosive slurry in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc.
AH(R), HH are also called heavy duty slurry pumps, are used to transport the strong abrasive high density or low density high head slurry. Under the allowable pressure, the pumps of this type also can be installed in multistage series. HH type pump is mainly used for transport low density high head or high density low abrasive high head slurry.
M(R) is a kind of middle duty slurry pump, is used to transport the fine particle size and middle density slurry.
The liner and impeller of AH(R) and M(R) model can be changeable and material can be either anti-abrasive metal or rubber, but material of liner and impeller of HH model only can be metal version. Rubber material wet parts are mainly used for transport the slurry which contains fine, non-sharp particle size.
The shaft seals for type AH(R), M(R) and HH pumps can be adoptable of gland seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. The discharge can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
Advantages
1. Discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degree.
2. Good replaceability of components with original pump.
3. Wear-resistant metal and long service life time.
4. With greater axial and radial load rating capacity,
5. Discharge direction can be installed at intervals of 45 degrees as request and oriented to any eight positions to suit applications.
6. Suit different working condition.
7. Wide application, high efficiency and easy to maintain.
8. Wide options for impeller.
9. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.

Gardner Denver, a manufacturer of pumps used in the oil and gas industry, was an exhibitor at the 2013 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, Texas, this spring. Gardner Denver Pumps celebrated its 100 year anniversary at the event. Attendees from all over the world swarmed the two-story booth space to check out many of Gardner Denver Pumps’ latest innovations in drilling pumps, mud pumps, fluid ends and more. In this video, Gardner Denver Petroleum and Industrial Pumps marketing representative Jared Stone calls OTC “the super bowl” of the oil and gas industry.
One of the most popular features of the booth space was an interactive video wall featuring Justin from Gardner Denver Pumps’ industry-changing “No Change” campaign. Justin made his debut in March 2013 as the spokesman of the “No Change” campaign, touting the easy-to-maintain and long-lasting Gardner Denver fluid end. The company has been manufacturing fluid ends for more than 40 years. Gardner Denver recognized that fluid ends are the most common point of failure on a pump, and recently unveiled a proprietary technology for a fluid end that lasts twice as long as the competitions’. The “No Change” video specifically featured the revolutionary TLS10 fluid end, which was designed to fit on both Gardner Denver pumps and competitor pumps.
Many of Gardner Denver’s stimulation frac pumps, fluid ends as well as the newest drilling pump innovation, the Maverick, are manufactured in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is highlighted in the video. Although Gardner Denver has manufacturing and fluid end repair and pump repair facilities across the United States, Tulsa is the site of manufacturing for the stimulation pumps and other drilling pumps.
Whether Gardner Denver Pumps is manufacturing drilling pumps or exhibiting at tradeshows, they continue to push the envelope to keep their reputation as “the best in the business.”
