ZJ series slurry pump is designed by our plant, which is a kind of single stage, end suction, centrifugal type pump. The wet part is made of high chrome white iron and has high performance in anti-abrasive, anti-corrosive, anti-shock aspect. This can give pump longer life and economic cost performance. This kind of pump can be divided into two kinds by structure: horizontal (ZJ series ) and vertical (ZJL series ). For the horizontal version, the discharge diameter can range from 350mm、300mm、250mm、200mm、150mm、100mm、80mm、65mm、50mm、40mm ,etc. For different head, we can choose different impeller to suit or satisfy the head by cutting the impeller. This kind of pump now is widely used in power plant, metallurgy industry, coal washing industry, building industry and chemical industry. Mainly used to transport the abrasive slurry, for example: the concentrate and tail slurry in ore dressing plant, slag handling in power plant, coal mud transportation and heavy medium coal separation, sand transportation in the shore work etc. The max weight concentration of slurry which can process is: 45% mortar slurry, 60% mining slurry. For transmission type, we can use DC, V belt, hydraulic coupling, frequency speed adjusting. This kind of pump also can be used in series or in parallel working together.

Seal type

This kind of ZJ pump can be assembled with two kind of seal type:

(1)  Expeller and stuffing box combined seal : Expeller seal make use of the pressure which is caused by the impeller and expeller working together to seal. Packing and lip seal do as the parking sealing. We can use this kind of seal in the single stage pump of which the positive pressure in the suction is not bigger with 10% than that in the discharge, or used in the first stage pump in series condition. It can work without the seal water, will not dilution the slurry and sealing performance good. But this can lead to more power consumption (usually need increase 5% of the shaft power).

(2)  Stuffing box packing seal is a kind of popular shaft seal type and used in all kind of applications, seal material can be PTFE and graphite which can be used in corrosive and high temperature conditions. This seal type has advantage of simple structure and easy maintenance.

(3)  Mechanical seal : this kind of seal adopt the international advanced sealing technology and has good sealing performance. Different structure type can suit different working condition, friction auxiliary material is made of high hardness ceramic and alloy material. The design and cooperation between mechanical seal and seal box conform to the flow status of medium which makes seal performance higher capability in anti-resistant and anti-shock, which can make customer satisfied in all kind of working condition.

Pump design Features

•Use of inner and outer double layer metal structure.

•Casing middle split vertically.

•Discharge port can be positioned at 8 different positions at an interval of 45°.

Depending on design of bearing housing, bearing lubrication can be :

•Thin oil lubrication for box type.

•Grease lubrication for cylinder type.

•Thin oil or grease lubrication for bearing housing with inserted cover.

Impeller

•Closed type Impeller: high abrasive resistance, and high efficiency.

•Open type Impeller: the ability of pass is high. When deliver the dirty material, the pump need clear often, this type makes the clear work easily.

    Transcript:
    The spin basket holds the garments during the wash cycle. It spins fast at the end of the cycle to extract water from of the clothes. If the spin basket is damaged, replace it with a manufacturer-approved replacement part. Before you begin, wear work gloves to protect your hands. Have someone help you move the washer away from the wall. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Turn off the water supply valves for the washer. Tape the lid shut so that it does not flop open and damage the control console or hit your arms as you work. Pull the washer forward and access the back of the control console. Remove the top screws on the 2 hinge brackets on the back of the washer. Remove the screw from the wire cover and pull it off of the washer. Slide the top forward about 1/2″ and then raise the front of the top panel up about 1/4″. With the panel slightly raised, push the panel back about 1/4″ to release it from the brackets. Lift the top panel and prop it against the wall behind the washer. Pull the bottom of the tub ring to release it from the locking tabs on the side of the outer plastic wash tub—use a slot screwdriver if necessary. Pull the tub ring out of the washer. Insert a slot screwdriver into the notch in the base of the plastic cap and pry the cap off the impeller. Use a socket or wrench to remove the bolt that secures the impeller to the drive motor shaft. Grasp the impeller firmly and pull it out of the washer. Insert a slot screwdriver on the closed end of the retainer clip and pull outward to remove it. Pull straight up on the spin basket to remove it from the washer tub. Position the new spin basket on the top of the shaft in the bottom of the tub and then work the new spin basket down onto the shaft until it’s completely seated on the shaft. Snap the retainer clip into place. Push the impeller down on top of the drive motor shaft until it’s fully seated. Insert the bolt and tighten it firmly. Snap the cap back onto the top of the impeller. Position the tub ring on the top of the outer tub and push it down. Press down on the sections over the locking tabs so that the tabs all snap into the locked position. Carefully lower the top panel. Engage the brackets by pulling the panel forward about 1/4″ until the panel drops and the brackets engage. Push the panel back about 1/4″ to lock it flush with the frame. Insert the screws back into the top of the hinges on the back of the control console. Tighten those screws firmly. Place the tabs on the right side of the wire cover in the slots and then line up the holes on the left side and insert the mounting screw. Tighten the mounting screw to secure the wire cover in place. Turn on the water supply valves. Plug the washer into the electrical outlet. Return the washer to its original location. With the washer shut off, and the basket empty (no water or clothes) and the lid closed, enter the diagnostic mode: Turn the control dial 1 complete rotation (360 degrees) counterclockwise. Quickly (within about 6 seconds) turn the control dial 3 clicks clockwise, one click back, and one click more clockwise. All the green status lights blink when you successfully activate the diagnostic mode. If the status lights don’t blink, turn the control dial one complete rotation counter-clockwise to reset the control and then try again, this time turning the knob faster. In the diagnostic mode, select the Calibration Cycle by turning the control dial 4 clicks clockwise. When the Rinse light turns on, press Start to begin the Calibration Cycle, which runs for 2 to 3 minutes. When the Calibration Cycle ends, the lid unlocks, and the washer shuts off.
